I recently purchased a very nice car from this dealer, the service from start to finish was smooth. I travelled a fair distance to pick the car up and Ed very kindly not only let me make an appointment for a Sunday but he picked me up from the station. I would have no hesitation to reccomend this dealer!

Ed is a Fantastic very honest dealer that went above and beyond for me. There was a delay at my end and he was very accommodating and patient. The car was beautifully presented and all ready to go when I collected. The car drives fantastic but I then had an issue with the battery a couple of days later been flat and it turned out it was no good so I messaged Ed and he straight away offered to pay for a new battery which has sorted it out and is all good now. Thank you very much and I would highly recommend him as dealers like this are few and far between.

I have purchased many cars during my lifetime and experienced many different attitudes from salespersons however the experience i had with Edward at Whirlow Motor Group was second to none he was so polite and very helpful all in all probably the very best experience i have ever had well done Edward for a completely trouble free transaction and i would highly recommend this dealer to everyone who needs a change of car.

We recently purchased a VW Eos from Edward, he was very professional helpful though out the whole process, the car was as the advert describe. Probably the best buying experience I've had with a dealer. Edward gave us time and space to inspect and test the car and was friendly and responsive throughout the process. It made me feel really comfortable and I was really happy with the car purchased. I had a very small issue on the car after buying and again Edward was really responsive and was able and willing to help fix it.

I recently bought a mini convertible for my wife from Whirlow motor Co. The viewing experience was relaxed with no sales pressure but information provided instantly if I had any questions. Had a minor hiccup with the car after purchase but Edward sorted it immediately and nothing was too much trouble.
