Upon initially test driving the car there was a fault noticed that was documented and promised to be rectified. This was never done, and after several trips to garages at my own expense and time I was told the fault wouldn’t be fixed and to sort it through the warranty (which obviously wasn’t possible because the fault was on the receipt) 6 months later the fault has now been rectified at my own substantial cost, and I have the car that I should have had on day 1. Not a great experience and wish I’d bought elsewhere.

I have dreaded the biennial trawl through auto trader and car dealers for years and years when it comes to swapping the 2nd household car in, but not anymore.... we have just bought a fantastic mini cooper convertible from EJD Sheffield and the experience has been a game changer for me. From the first email on Thursday evening, I received a phone call from EJD on Friday morning and we completed the transaction seamlessly all as agreed and drove away on Saturday afternoon.
