I recently bought a mini convertible for my wife from Whirlow motor Co. The viewing experience was relaxed with no sales pressure but information provided instantly if I had any questions. Had a minor hiccup with the car after purchase but Edward sorted it immediately and nothing was too much trouble. Purchased a Range Rover L322 from Edward and the experience was second to none. Clear, courteous communications throughout. The car was exactly (if not better) as described. Fair price offered for the PX and all in all highly recommended.

Upon initially test driving the car there was a fault noticed that was documented and promised to be rectified. This was never done, and after several trips to garages at my own expense and time I was told the fault wouldn’t be fixed and to sort it through the warranty (which obviously wasn’t possible because the fault was on the receipt) 6 months later the fault has now been rectified at my own substantial cost, and I have the car that I should have had on day 1. Not a great experience and wish I’d bought elsewhere.
